3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for services will be as agreed upon in the quotation or service agreement.
Payment terms will be specified in the invoice. Typically, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.
4. Booking and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or email.
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Be Safe Electrical guarantees the quality of our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of service completion.
Any defects or issues arising from our work will be addressed free of charge within this warranty period, provided they are not caused by misuse or external factors.
6. Liability
Be Safe Electrical will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that the work area is safe and accessible for our technicians.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits required for the work to be carried out.
8. Health and Safety
Be Safe Electrical is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our clients and employees. All work will be carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations.
9. Confidentiality
Any personal information provided by clients will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will not disclose any client information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
10. Force Majeure
Be Safe Electrical will not be liable for any delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
11. Amendments
Be Safe Electrical reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
